Sarah is a wife and mom to two children, Emma and Connon. She also has two very active pets...a kitten and a dog, needless-to-say her home is very lively! Passionate about ministry for women: women who are dealing with real life issues every single day, just like she is, she feels called to been involved in
CCPC bloom women’s ministry and deeply desires to be a faithful servant!

Sarah is a graduate of UT Martin with a bachelors degree in Child and Family Studies. She holds a masters of education degree from Carson Newman College in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is currently working to meet the requirements to become a license marriage and family therapist. She has been practicing on and off for 11 yrs and enjoys working with couples, children and families. She also has a passion for teaching parenting and currently works one day a week at Choices Resource Center in Oak Ridge, teaching a parenting class. Sarah loves to be with her family, enjoying time on the lake together. She also enjoys spending time with her friends. Desiring to seek to learn who God has created her to be, Sarah will be co-hosting the bloom mini-retreats and leading the 30 minute talks at the mini-retreats. She manages the CCPC bloom women’s ministry facebook page.

Yvette is married and mom to three amazing children: Rachel (7), Nehemiah (5), and Elizabeth (1).  A teacher by trade, she is blessed to be home with her children at present.  Growing up in Cape Town, South Africa, Yvette has seen God faithfully lead her from Africa to East Tennessee where she now lives on a small farm with her husband, children, cows, and chickens!  An avid reader, Yvette is a perennial scholar and is a part-time PhD student of Cultural Studies in Education at the University of Tennessee.  She came to Maryville to attend Maryville College where she received her second teaching degree.  

Yvette has always felt a strong call to be a missionary and has come to see that God's mission field is where you are and took to heart the mandate to bloom where you’re plantedShe desires to deepen her walk with the Lord and relationship with Him and desires to learn and grow with other women to impact the world for Christ.  Yvette is the co-host of the bloom mini-retreats and manages the CCPC bloom women’s ministry blog.

Tisha is wife and mom to 3 precious boys Ty (4), Ben (3), Eli (5 months).  She "retired" from being a men's clothing buyer who went to NYC to grab up the latest fashions for her stores to being in love with her life as a stay at home mom.  Tish is a student of Suburban Gardening, a member of Cornerstone Church of Knoxville, and serves on the Compassion Team at her church.  A native of Atlanta she completed a Sports Management degree from UT in 1998 and says:
"As I have transitioned from career oriented path in my 20s-early30's....at age 36 my desire is to gain a deeper relationship with Christ and become a more effective wife and mother.....making life engaging  for my Husband and the Gospel attractive to my Children.
I have a desire to help other women who are transitioning from the workplace to find the joy and importance of being at home with their family (not an easy transition for me)
I want submerge myself with a group of women that challenge me and inspire me in my relationship with Christ, my Husband, and Kids."
