praying for your husband day 3 & morning moment

Day 3 Praying for your husband/son/brother/father...

Pray that your husband will be humble and quick to agree with God about his sin. Pray that his heart will be tender toward the voice of the Lord. 

Ps. 51:2-4 Wash away all my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin.

Micah 6:8  He has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.

Morning Moment...

“Do not be anxious … but in everything by prayer… petition… thanksgiving, present your requests to God.  And the peace of God … will guard your hearts … Phil.4:6-7

Anxiety can make our prayers … anxious!  Just in case the Lord should not hear, or respond, as we would think is best for us… we bring our “lists” before Him with some urgency, but we’re reminded to be thankful ~ as well as to bring our requests.

Prayer:  Your peace will surely settle on my spirit as I pray and leave my needs and the needs of others before You, Lord God.  So guard my heart with Your peace.  Thank You.
