{ps: i was so pleased to hear from a friend that i wasn't the only one that was struggling to in perfect continuity welcome the Christ child!  we do try, but i am afraid Jesus' foretellings and birth are slightly erratic but we reading more than we miss and it is LOVELY to see the beauty and wonder of His awaited birth and miraculous arrival. i am so glad we are trying and we're getting better at using the scriptures, candles, and other advent tools to focus our thoughts and see with wonders of this time}
