Chronicles of the Kings

I was looking for a historical fiction book to read that would be about people of the Bible. This series was prefect! Lynn Austin writes wonderfully. It is not as heavy as Francine Rivers, but just as good! The Chronicles of the Kings tell the stories of King’s Ahaz, Hezekiah, and Manasseh. I loved it. It goes though their reign and tells how they either turned from God or to Him. Also how their sins and repentance affected history. It was enlightening and a good read!
